The 16th AGM was organized on the 17th of April 2010 in Nke-nvi Hotel Metta Quarter in Bamenda of the Northwest Region.

The major innovations and outcomes of the meeting were:
  • The first Capacity Building Workshop for NFF members was organized on the 16th of April 2010 on Project Writing in the Baptist Health Centre Bamenda. This ushered in a new approach in the organisation of AGMs to include capacity building programs to be organized a day before the AGM proper.
  • The approach of panel discussions during meetings was introduced for the presentation of branch reports.
  • Instituted a mandatory quorum of 2/3 registered members in each branch to attend AGMs as a sign of commitment.

The 17th AGM of Nkumu Fed Fed though programmed for 2011 was organized on the 17th of December 2010 in the Bali Council Hall with Fed Fed UK as the host.

Major outcomes were as follows:
  • The AGM was organized as a joint activity with the graduation of the 4th Batch of trainees of the Gwan Skills Department which was organized on the 16th of December 2010
  • A decision was taken to host all AGMs in April of each year.

The 18th AGM of Nkumu Fed Fed was organized on the 14th of April 2012 in the Red Cross Hall, Yaounde and was hosted by Fed Fed Yaounde. The Nkumu Fed Fed Executive Committee guest of honour was the Prime Minister of Cameroon, H. E Philemon Yang.

Major outcomes included:
  • The decision to develop a Strategic Plan for Nkumu Fed Fed was taken. The first Nkumu Fed Fed Capacity Building Workshop on Organizational Strategic Building was organized on the 13th of April 2012.
  • The 2011 decision of the Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralisation raising Nkumu Fed Fed with the status of a recognized NGO was presented.
  • A new Branch was admitted: Fed Fed Texas.
  • A resolution was taken to organize the 1st Nkumu Fed Fed International Conference in Washington DC in 2015.
  • A new Executive was elected with the 3rd Generation Bureau receiving a renewal of mandate made up of the following:
