To reduce the burden caused by the February 22 fire incident at the Bamenda main market, Mrs. Nahlela Winifred Fombum, a trainer of Nkumu Fed Fed who took it upon herself to train vulnerable teenage girls has been handed a brand-new tailoring machine after her shop was reduced to ashes.

“What Nkumu Fed Fed has done for me today, I will forever be grateful. I will not stop helping other young girls and boys. I thank you all for this. I did not know where to start back”, she said while crying.

Mrs. Eunice Tita Tata, President General of Nkumu Fed Fed who handed the machine herself says her constant training of vulnerable and underprivileged youths which falls under the secure livelihood and environment protection program area of the NGO is the reason for the prompt reaction.
