For any business to succeed, there must be proper management. One should have better knowledge of a particular business before he or she can fully engage in it. It was for this reason that the 250 beneficiaries of the EU/NFF project titled “Stop Violence Now Against Women and Girls”, were under the supervision.

Some of the beneficiaries came empty with no knowledge of business-like Celestine who testified that Nkumu Fed Fed gave her what she never had.

“I came here empty but I can tell that I have gained knowledge throughout my stay in this training. I had no idea of how to start of business but I can tell you with certainty that what they will give me here to kick off my business, I will prosper”, said the trainee who fled Nwa in Menchum division as a result of the socio-political crisis and was now living in Bamenda.

Their training was focused on how to manage finances, when and to whom to borrow goods, record keeping, how to attract customers, and most importantly, savings.
